Apcalis SX is a powerful medicine for erectile dysfunction treatment. Its main ingredient is Tadalafil. It affects the response to sexual stimulation. Using a chemical called nitric oxide it enhances smooth muscle relaxation which allows increase blood flow into your penis to achieve and maintain erection.
The recommended dose is 20 mg. It should be taken 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. You shouldn't take Apcalis SX more than once a day. The effect lasts up to 36 hours. It's not recommended to eat high fat food, grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice.
