Tastylia Strips are based on the Tadalafil 20 mg, the active component that provides the 36 hours effect. Tastylia provides an oral administration route and rapid absorption. You have to just keep the Oral Tastylia Strip on the tongue and allow it to dissolve on the tongue for few seconds. It can be held sublingually for faster results. No need to use water. A maximum of one 20 mg strip of Tastylia can be taken in a 24 hour period. You can take another dose only if 24 hours have passed since your previous dose. Tastylia Oral Strip may be taken with or without food.
Do not take Tastylia with grapefruit juice, alcoholic beverages or tobacco as it can lead to sudden optic nerve-related vision loss. This drug may make you dizzy or cause vision changes.
Before starting your treatment with Tastylia you should consult with your doctor and inform him about your individual traits such as: abnormal penis, including curved penis and birth defects of the penis, coronary artery disease, bleeding, stomach ulcers, arrhythmia, angina, heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess of lipids in the blood), sickle-cell anemia, liver or kidney failure in history.
Possible side effect
The most common side efects are headache, indigestion, flushing, stuffy or runny nose. But if these side effects do not go away by themselves or become bothersome, then seek medical attention. On rare occasions, it may also cause severe side effects like back pain and muscle aches. These usually subside within a 48 hour period. These should be reported immediately to your health care provider.
Co-administration with the drugs listed below isn't recommended: medications containing organic nitrates, Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Mononitrate, erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox)Nitroglycerin, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate, indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir). Be extra carefully and let your doctor know if you take Atazanavir, Bunazosin, Clarithromycin, Nelfinavir, Phenoxybenzamine, Phentolamine, Prazosin, Saquinavir, Doxazosin, Erythromycin, Indinavir, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Moxisylyte, Nefazodone, Telithromycin, Terazosin, Trimazosin or Urapidil. Do not take this medication with any other product that contains tadalafil or other similar medications used to treat erectile dysfunction/pulmonary hypertension (e.g., sildenafil, vardenafil).
Tastylia is used when it's needed, so it's unlikely to miss a dose.
If you think you have overdosed the medicine seek emergency medical help at once. The overdose symptoms are back pain, muscle pain, and abnormal vision.
Store the medicine at room temperature (between 15°C and 30°C) away from moisture, sunlight, kids and pets.
